Wow, just cannot believe it is exactly an year now that I re-visited (to write) on my blog. Blogging, which got added to my list of hobbies sometime in March 2010, gained me lots of encouragement, appreciation, and positive comments after my third blog "Life on the Tracks" - An enchanting Doodh Sagar - 2 Trek experience in Oct 2010 with Bangalore ASCENDers. Though it was short lived, I continued blogging with the IE Hungama at the Hungama Talkies (specially for all the HP IE Team buddies), which was well received with lots of appreciation. Later came in the "IE (Information Engineering) version of Saari Umar Hum" a hit song (tweaked based on the Saari Umar Hum of 3 Idiots) which we sung in the year-end team celebrations @ HP and received good appreciations as well.
I now wonder, what really kept me away from this recently much appreciated hobby. I guess may be a little of laziness (not really); my last blog "A weekend date with the Queen of Arabian Sea" which never got published (the draft of which I had compiled with lots of enthusiasm, I lost from my dear 5-year-old PC due to technical issues); busy schedule (yea maybe, after slogging for an year, was able to get a double-digit hike anyways); lots of pressure (been in loads of pressure, both professionally and personally, call it Pressure Cooker LOL ;-)).
With the promise that I would re-write my entire experience of the date with the "Queen of Arabian Sea," I sign off now!!
Until then, wishing you all a wonderful and a blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year 2012...
Signing Off!!
